Pacific Admissions Group ("we," "us" or "our") provides transfer admissions consulting to students in California. This policy explains what information we collect through pacificadmissionsgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address, community college, target school, message and, if you enter one, a referral code.
• Newsletter. Your email address.
• Booking a call. When you schedule a consultation through our Calendly scheduler, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give in the booking form.
• Emails and calls. Anything you choose to share with us when you email us or talk with us, such as your GPA, coursework and target schools.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording or tracking cookies on this website. The embedded Calendly scheduler on our booking page may set its own cookies when you use it, under Calendly's privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To schedule and hold consultations.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed to it.
• To provide the services our clients sign up for.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to our newsletter.

Who handles your information for us

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Netlify: website hosting and form submissions.
• Calendly: consultation scheduling.
• Google Workspace: email and documents.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, ourselves or others.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or email us.
• Access, correction and deletion. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email armaan@pacificadmissionsgroup.com. We'll confirm your request and respond promptly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track visitors across other websites over time, and we don't allow third parties to do so on our site for advertising, so our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends this signal.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
