The earlier, the better. Ideally, you'd start in your first semester at community college so we can build your course plan from the ground up. But we regularly help students who are already mid-way through their CC journey or even approaching application season. We'll work with wherever you are.
We don't guarantee admission - no ethical consultant can, because the final decision rests with the universities. What we do guarantee is that you'll submit the strongest possible application, avoid costly mistakes, and be strategically positioned for the best outcomes. Absolutely. Many students start with Pathway Planning and then upgrade to Full Application Support or the Elite Program as application season approaches. If you upgrade, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher tier.
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll look at your GPA, your major interests, and your goals to help you build a balanced school list - including reach schools, targets, and safeties. For many students, we also identify TAG-eligible schools they didn't know they qualified for.
No. While the UC system is a major focus (and where programs like TAG and TAP provide unique advantages), we also specialize in CSU transfers and select private universities including USC, LMU, and Stanford. Our expertise covers the full range of California's top institutions.
All sessions are conducted virtually via video call, which allows us to work with students across the entire state of California (and beyond). You'll schedule sessions at times that work for you, and between sessions, you'll have direct access to your consultant for quick questions.
If you're not satisfied after your first working session, we'll refund your payment in full - no questions asked. Once work is underway, partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of engagement. We'll discuss all terms during your free consultation before you commit to anything.
