For students who are handling most of it themselves and want expert help on one part. If you upgrade to the Full Application or Elite package within 30 days, what you paid counts toward it.

Pay over time
Split Full Application or Elite into 2–3 monthly payments. The first payment is due before work starts.
Early sign-up discount
Start 6 or more months before your application deadline and you get a lower rate on any package.
Referral credit
Refer a friend who signs up and you'll both get a credit toward your services.
Every package includes the free first call, direct email and messaging with your consultant (no call center), our school-by-school guides, and an honest read on where you stand. Single services are paid up front.
Common questions
When should I start working with a consultant?
Ideally in your first semester at community college, so your course plan is right from the start. But we regularly work with students who are halfway through or already close to applying. We start from wherever you are.
Package or single service: which do I need?
If you want someone with you from course planning through submission, choose a package. If you've got most of it handled and need help with one piece, like your PIQs or a final review, a single service is enough. Not sure? Start with a strategy session; if you upgrade within 30 days, it counts toward the Full Application or Elite package.
Is a transfer consultant worth it?
It depends on your goals. For a TAG campus with a clear path, your college's counselors and free tools are often enough. For competitive programs like UCLA, Berkeley, Haas or USC, a major change, or several application systems at once, a consultant usually pays off. We wrote an honest guide to deciding.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. The decision belongs to the university, and no honest consultant can guarantee it. What we can promise is that you'll avoid the mistakes that get transfer applications thrown out, and that you'll submit the strongest application you can.
Can I upgrade my plan partway through?
Yes. Many students start with Pathway Planning and upgrade as applications get closer. Whatever you've already paid counts toward the bigger package.
How do payment plans work?
Full Application and Elite can be split into 2–3 monthly payments. We'll set the schedule with you on the free call, with the first payment due before work starts.
Do you only help with UC schools?
No. We also work on CSU transfers and private universities including USC, LMU, Santa Clara and Stanford.
Are sessions in person or online?
All sessions are on video, so we work with students anywhere in California. Between sessions you can message your consultant directly with quick questions.
What's your refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable once work begins. We'll go over all terms on the free call, and in your written agreement, before you commit.
Not sure where you stand?
